identifiable information supplied by pastors to anyone or any organization.

Collection of Information

When a pastor registers with the Kairos Journal
, they are asked for their name, address, and e-mail address and other
pertinent information.

While using the site, certain information is logged including the pastor’s IP
address, the browser they are using, and the URLs they were visiting.

All correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, forwarded to the Kairos Journal
are catalogued and stored so that the Kairos Journal may serve each
pastor efficiently and effectively.
Use of Information

Profile information is used to improve the site’s content, offerings, and
design.

Profile information may be used to produce annual reports, quarterly traffic
reports, and reports on pastoral interests for internal and external audiences.
No individuals will be identified in any of the reports.

With prior approval, the Kairos Journal

The Pastor’s IP address will be used to help diagnose problems with the Kairos
Journal
server and the overall administration of the website.

mailing address to announce special conferences or other events.

If at some point in the future, the privacy policy of the Kairos Journal
changes so as to affect personal information, users will be notified via e-mail
